We reserve the right to immediately suspend any account created with false information. Each user may operate only one account, and multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. The user is solely responsible for the security of their own account.

2. Account Registration & Verification

The name, address, mobile number, and date of birth provided during registration must be accurate. We may request relevant documents to complete the identity verification (KYC) process at any time. Withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3. Financial Transactions & Payments

Deposits and withdrawals on new luck are processed in BDT. Transactions can be made via bKash, Nagad, and other approved payment methods. The minimum and maximum deposit limits are set in accordance with platform policy and are subject to change. Payments through third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process.

4. Prohibited Activities

Any form of fraudulent activity, use of bots, or system hacking is strictly prohibited. Accounts involved in money laundering or transactions using illegal funds will be permanently closed and the relevant authorities may be notified. Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform is unacceptable and such incidents must be reported immediately. new luck reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and suspend accounts.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Specific terms and conditions related to new luck bonus offers apply separately and are detailed alongside each offer. To withdraw bonus balance, the specified wagering requirements must be met. Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of all associated accounts. The management reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time. In any dispute regarding bonuses, new luck's decision shall be considered final.

8. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to reach a resolution through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled in a competent court in Bangladesh. By using any part of the platform, the user is deemed to have voluntarily accepted this jurisdiction. Access to the platform is prohibited for users in regions where our services are not legally applicable.
